How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your DMCA takedown request must include the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Direct URLs to the infringing content on ohayo.cam.
• Your full contact information: name, address, email.
• A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notification must contain:

• Your full contact information.
• Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, if outside the U.S., to any appropriate jurisdiction).
• Your electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

ohayo.cam reserves the right to terminate accounts or block uploaders who repeatedly violate copyright law or submit unlawful content.

ohayo.cam is a platform that hosts user-uploaded content. We do not monitor uploads before publication. We act only on valid DMCA notices. Submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
